  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  1. Shipping Charges:
  • Prepaid Orders: ₹70 approx. .
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹120 approx. .
  1. Delivery Locations:
  • We ship across India.
  1. Tracking Your Order:
  • A tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp and email once the order is dispatched.
  1. Shipping Delays:
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
    • Courier service disruptions.
    • National holidays or strikes.

Delivery Policy

  • Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days
  1. Delivery Process:
  • Delivery will be made during business hours (10 AM–6 PM).
  • Delivery agents will contact you for address verification (if required).
  1. Failed Delivery Attempts:
  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will make two more attempts.
  • If the delivery fails after three attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Return Policy

At Jalwaa Gems, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns under the following terms:

Eligible Conditions for Return & Replacement:

1️ Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective. (Unboxing video is mandatory for verification.)
2️ Wrong Product Delivered: If the received product is different from what was ordered. (Example: Wrong design, size, or colour.)
3️ Manufacturing Defects: If the item has a visible defect related to craftsmanship or material.
4️ Incomplete Order: If any part of the order is missing. (Example: One earring missing from a pair.)

Non-Eligible Conditions for Return:

Change of mind after purchase
Minor colour variations due to lighting and photography
Items that have been used, worn, or tampered with
Customized or personalized jewellery (as per the customer’s request)
Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

  1. Return/ Replacement window (only for Damaged products):
  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • After 24 hours, returns will not be processed.
  1. Conditions for Return:
  • Product must be:
    • Unused and in original packaging.
    • With all tags and labels attached.
    • Free from any damage or wear.
  1. Proof Requirement:
  • A 360-degree unboxing video is required as proof for return.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Discounted or sale items.
  1. Refund Processing:
  • Only Replacement/ exchange / credit note with similar or higher value .
  •  If credit note issued then it will be valid till 30 days from date of issuing for Jalwaa gems website only. 
  1. Return Shipping Charges:
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Window:
  • Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  1. Conditions for Exchange:
  • Product must be:
    • Unused and in original packaging.
    • With all tags and labels attached.
    • Free from any damage or wear.
  1. Exchange Limitations:
  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product or a product of equal value.
  1. Non-Exchangeable Items:
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Discounted or sale items.
  1. Exchange Processing:
  • Once the original product is received and verified, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
