• Delivery time:
  • Domestic: 5–7 business days

• Shipping charges:
  • Prepaid Orders: ₹70 approx.
  • COD Orders: ₹120 approx.

• Jalwaa Gems is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and labels attached.
• A 360-degree video of unboxing is required as proof.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website (including logo, product images, graphics, trademarks, and design) is the exclusive property of Jalwaa Gems.
